Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the app (“Service”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By accessing or using this app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

2. Description of Service

This app provides file format conversion functionality, including but not limited to converting image files between formats such as PNG, JPG, JPEG, HEIC, WEBP, and others. The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any portion of it
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Rent, lease, or sublicense the app
Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the files you convert using this Service. By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to the files you submit for conversion
Your files do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws
You will not use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content

We do not claim ownership over your files. Files processed by the app are not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the conversion.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not collect, transmit, or retain your files or their contents.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Transmit or process any malicious, harmful, or unlawful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
The results of using the Service will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the Service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Purchases and In-App Purchases

If the app offers in-app purchases or a premium subscription, all purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. All sales are final. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s refund policy.

11. Third-Party Services

The app may contain links to or integrate with third-party services or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

12. Updates and Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer only, and not with Apple, Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms of service, Apple’s terms shall govern with respect to usage rules.

Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including:

Product liability claims
Claims that the app fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements
Claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation

By using this app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
